“Our furnace was blowing cold air and changing the filter didn't help. So, I called the company that installed our furnace. The owner had passed away and My Guys was the company that came in. Their schedule was full. But, the nice woman put us on stand by for today. I received a text saying a tech, Jeff, was on his way. In a matter of 20-30 minutes. Our furnace had a check up and was working great. Thank you to Jeff and My Guys for getting our furnace working fantastic! ☺
“The whole experience with My Guys, from scheduling to follow up, was a very positive one. The office was prompt, friendly, and responsive. The technician was so knowledgable and was not satisfied (and stayed the extra time) until the job was done correctly. Their prices were very reasonable, especially considering we had shopped around quite a bit, and we would definitely use them again!
“Our A/C tuneup from My Guys was 5-star. I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule. On the morning of the appointment, My Guys tech Cody called ahead and arrived promptly within the appointment window. He was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable -- inspecting and cleaning the unit outside, measuring the temperature drop from the air return to the A/C (a solid 17-degree difference on a mild day), offered advice, and answered all of my air conditioning questions. Cody gave me all the time I needed to ensure I was satisfied with the work performed. He helped me fill out my rebate form (good for a $50 credit from FirstEnergy on the $89 service), as well. “I came home to a freezing cold house one evening after work and began frantically calling repairmen. Cody, one the service techs at My Guys, was the first (and only) to respond that evening and explained that he could come out that evening, but was considerate of the cost and recommended that if it was not an emergency that it would be substantially cheaper if an appointment were scheduled in the morning. He assured me that someone from the office would be in touch in the morning by 8:30 am. My phone rang by 8:05 and I was added to the days stops. Cody arrived by 10 am and was very knowledgeable and thorough in assessing the issue. He took into consideration cost and gave me several options including replacing the entire unit because the furnace was approximately 15 years old. We ended up replacing just the blower motor at a cost of approximately $600. The furnace has been working great since his repairs. I greatly appreciated the fact that he genuinely cared about my situation, was very knowledgeable and thorough, and took into consideration cost. I would definitely rehire and recommend My Guys!

“I had My Guys come check out my boiler and give me an estimate on repair or replacement. They were available to show up within a day when others were suggesting at least a week or two delay. The workers showed up on time and are very knowledgable a friendly. They answered all my questions, gave me all my options and didn't try to up sell me. I was very impressed with the owners knowledge of the system since it is discontinued from about 1962. He made me feel comfortable about putting the job in "My Guys" hands and that I made the right choice. My parents have used them in the past and I will now too.
“Jerry and his team are exactly the type of experts you hope to have service your home. I recently purchased an old century duplex and was expecting to just have to winterize my furnaces. However, Jerry was honest in his assessment and it turned out that the supply ducts and fluliners were doing more damage to the furnace and chimney than good. His pricing was affordable and his team was prompt in their arrival, the service was exceptional and their cleanup was fantastic. Going forward I will continue to use their services and I would strongly recommend anyone else to do the same.

“Same day service on an extremely hot day. Previously had called another repair company and the earliest they could send someone out would take about a week. The service man from My Guys Plumbing, Cody, was very courteous, professional, and thoroughly explained what he was doing. He listened to my issue and gave me some very good advice as well as options as to what I needed to consider about my present air conditioner and furnace. He did not use any "sales pressure" techniques. I felt that I was getting the proper repair that my unit required. Very polite gentleman. I would do business with this company, again, if necessary.
“The entire process was very friendly and well informed. I spoke with Jerry and Kathy over the phone , they were both very friendly and helpful. The installation of our water tank was in a timely fashion and the gentleman ,Cody, who installed it was extremely knowledgeable and polite throughout the entire process, he explained everything to detail and cleaned after the job was finished.
